In order to enhance the safety production awareness of enterprises in the jurisdiction and effectively respond to production safety accidents, on June 17th, the Shidao Management District organized relevant leaders from various streets, departments directly under the district, and higher-level units stationed in Shidao to observe the emergency rescue drill held by Shidao Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. on site.

This drill includes three scenarios and subjects: mechanical injury accidents, electric shock accidents, and fire accidents.

At the drill site, the simulated workshop operator was injured by an unexpected iron block falling from a high altitude machine. The company immediately activated the emergency mechanism, and the exploration and rescue teams quickly rushed to the scene to investigate and eliminate hidden dangers and provide emergency assistance to the injured on site. After confirming that the injured person was not life-threatening, they were sent to the hospital for further treatment; Simulate the electric shock accident of the staff carelessly. After arriving at the site, all the staff in each group will eliminate the hazard, implement emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation and send the injured to the hospital; In addition, it also simulated a sudden fire at the entrance of the workshop, and the company immediately sounded the alarm. After each rescue team entered the scene, they immediately cleaned up flammable and explosive materials and successfully completed the fire extinguishing and rescue work.

During the drill, the participants responded quickly, were in place in a timely manner, took appropriate measures, and dealt with effectively, further improving the emergency response capability of the enterprise at the scene of accidents.

The relevant person in charge of the management area made on-site comments on the drill and requested all streets, departments directly under the district, and higher-level stationed units participating in the observation to supervise and urge enterprises in the industry and jurisdiction to effectively carry out safety production education and training as well as various emergency drills through observation and learning. Taking one example from another, implementing various emergency prevention measures to ensure that safety work is constantly and effectively carried out.

It is understood that based on continuously improving emergency response capabilities, the management zone has organized and supervised over 600 comprehensive, specialized, on-site and other forms of emergency drills for various enterprise entities in its jurisdiction since the beginning of this year, achieving multiple goals such as testing contingency plans, improving preparation, training teams, adapting mechanisms, and promoting science education.

Around the work safety month in June, the management area further strengthened the safety development concept of "people first, life first" by organizing officials to watch the warning educational film "Life is more important than Mount Tai" and carrying out activities such as work safety consultation day, and popularized the work safety policy, emergency risk avoidance and self rescue and mutual rescue methods, The entire region has implemented a closed-loop management mechanism for inspection, recording, rectification, and cancellation based on the list of major safety risks and hidden dangers in key industry sectors, closely monitoring dangerous operations such as lifting, demolition, limited space, hot work, and maintenance. We have continuously increased supervision and inspection efforts to ensure the continuous stability of the safety production situation in the entire region.
